We are expanding itCraft’s presence in foreign markets in the healthcare sector.
We combine participation in key industry events with online activities to reach new partners and develop export sales.

A New Chapter for itCraft

Expansion in international markets in the MedTech sector.

At itCraft, we create IT solutions for the healthcare sector, supporting doctors and medical organizations in working with data. Additionally, we have been involved in system integration and digital service development for years. We are now taking another step by expanding our presence in foreign markets. Thanks to support from the European Funds for a Modern Economy program, we are implementing a project that allows us to reach new partners and clients outside of Poland.

Project Overview

We are implementing the project “Foreign Expansion of a Polish Software House Specializing in the Healthcare Sector through Participation in Trade Fairs and Online Promotional Activities” under the European Funds for a Modern Economy program, Priority: Innovation-Friendly Environment, Action: Promotion of Innovative SMEs.

Project Number: FENG.02.25-IP.02-0044/25
Implementation Period: November 2025 – April 2028

Why We Are Implementing This Project

We specialize in working with medical data, system interoperability, and solutions supporting remote healthcare. Therefore, it is a natural choice to expand our activities in markets with a high level of digitization, such as the DACH region, Western Europe, and North America. Moreover, the project allows us to build lasting business relationships in these areas and effectively develop export sales.

Where We Build Relationships

As part of the project, we are present at the most important medical industry events as an exhibitor:

  • MEDICA 2026 and 2027 (Düsseldorf, Germany)
  • HEALTH TECH FORWARD 2027 (Barcelona, Spain)
  • WHX Dubai 2028 (United Arab Emirates)

Participation in trade fairs is not only an opportunity for us to present solutions but also a space for direct exchange of experiences with global leaders. At the same time, we conduct extensive online activities that support our presence in foreign markets through social media campaigns and expert publications, such as:

  • campaigns in industry and social media (including LinkedIn, Clutch)
  • expert publications
  • materials in foreign languages (English, German, French)
  • a dedicated project subpage compliant with WCAG 2.1 accessibility standard

What Solutions We Develop

We create software that effectively connects data, systems, and processes. Our solutions support, among others, remote healthcare and clinical data analysis. Additionally, we integrate data from various sources, including devices and sensors, transforming them into readable reports that support the daily work of specialists.

Project Outcomes

The outcome of the project will be:

  • development of itCraft’s presence in foreign markets
  • establishment of new business relationships
  • increase in the number of inquiries from abroad
  • development of export sales

The project also contributes to the promotion of Polish technological solutions in the healthcare sector.

Formal Information

The project is co-financed by the European Union under the European Funds for a Modern Economy (FENG) program.
